Our Rental Home Search fee is Payable AFTER
only if we succeed to secure a home for you:

Rental Home Search Fee:
- One month's rent or CHF 4,690
if the monthly rent is less than CHF 4,690.
- We handle the entire process including attending viewings.

*Note: In all cases, the property must have a
minimum monthly rent of CHF 3,000.


For all other services, pricing is available upon request.

All stated fees here exclude VAT, which will be added at invoicing.
