Without this service I would have been super stressed, as we are moving to Zurich and we don't speak German, we live far (that makes it impossible to visit and apply for houses) and we don't have experience in Swiss German part of Switzerland, and rules for applying for a house change a bit from Geneva's ones.

"I am really grateful to this company for helping me find a flat in Zurich. Until I started looking for a place to live as a foreigner with no previous experience here, I didn't realise how hard it is to get a decent place to live in the city.
You have to write a great letter, get someone to vouch for you, go to the viewings (which usually take place during working hours) and even then, when you do apply, there's huge competition (like 100-200 people applying for the same apartment) that doesn't favour a foreigner, even with a decent salary.
